Competency Library: emPerform comes standard with a library of 27 widely applicable competencies definitions. Companies also have the ability to add competencies to the library. Each of the out-of-the-box competencies include full writing assistant text.
Creating and Tracking Development Initiatives: With emPerform, training and development initiatives can easily be tracked in a Training and Development section within the performance appraisal.
