Corporate goals and objectives can be cascaded down throughout the organization to the individual. This ensures that the goals of all the employees are aligned to optimize organizational performance and achieve success.  Goal cascading also helps the employee develop their own personal goals and objectives.

Real-time reporting
emPerform facilitates reporting: dashboards, progress monitoring, status updates, ad hoc analysis are all available, in real time. Users have the option of creating their own reports or selecting from a library of pre-defined reports.

Icon-based navigation
emPerform uses icons to guide users through the various parts of the evaluation.
